Bazentica Private Limited operates this website. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
Name, phone, email, shipping and billing addresses, GSTIN where provided, order history, and device and browsing data collected by analytics. We do not store card numbers, UPI IDs or bank credentials — those are handled by our payment gateway.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver orders, raise tax invoices, provide support, prevent fraud, respond to enquiries, and — only with consent — send marketing email.
Who we share it with
Courier partners, our payment gateway, email and accounting providers, and government authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for cart and session handling and analytics cookies for traffic measurement. You can block non-essential cookies without losing checkout.
Retention
Order and invoice records are kept for eight years as required by Indian tax law. Enquiry data is kept for three years.
Your rights and grievances
