Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch

Cancel at no cost any time before the order status changes to Packed. Prepaid amounts are refunded in full within five to seven working days.

After dispatch

Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or raise a return within seven days under our Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellations by us

We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, the pincode is unserviceable, a price was published in error, or payment verification fails. You are informed and refunded in full.

Bulk and custom orders

Bulk orders confirmed against a proforma invoice may be cancelled within 24 hours of advance payment. After production begins, the advance covers work in progress.
